2017 – 2021 Hines memorandum of agreement ratified by membership!
Dear Sisters and Brothers,
The proposed 2017 – 2021 Hines memorandum of agreement has been ratified by membership!
The IBEW’s mission is to bring the highest quality of safety, dignity, respect, wages, benefits, and balance in the work-life equation to the bargaining unit employees that we represent. Thank you for exercising your right to vote and making your voice count in regard to those goals.
Membership at Hines will benefit from the following wage rate increases:
Effective March 27, 2017– March 25, 2018 - 3%
Effective March 26, 2018– March 24, 2019 - 3%
Effective March 25, 2019 – March 22, 2020 and March 23, 2020 - March 21, 2021: Same wage percentage increase as negotiated for employees covered under the Main MOA
Further information will be available in the near future addressing contract printing and access to the finalized electronic version of the memorandum of agreement.
